About Emma Charlton

Emma Charlton is a North Somerset–based teacher and therapist dedicated to helping people feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to themselves—mind and body.

She offers two complementary but distinct practices: Pilates & Yoga classes and a private Hypnotherapy clinic.

With over two decades of experience, Emma’s movement teaching is rooted in functional strength, mindful alignment, and supportive guidance. Her Pilates and Yoga classes create a welcoming space for anyone looking to build confidence in their body, improve mobility, or simply carve out time to breathe deeply and move with purpose.

Alongside this, Emma runs a separate hypnotherapy practice, where she supports clients in overcoming challenges such as stress, phobias, anxiety, and unhelpful habits. Her approach is gentle, goal-focused, and tailored to each individual, helping clients unlock lasting change from within.

Although these two disciplines are distinct, both share a common thread: Emma’s belief in holistic wellbeing. Whether through mindful movement or therapeutic relaxation, her aim is the same—to help people reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and live with more ease.
