A Holistic Workshop to Support Body, Mind, and Emotional Wellbeing
This workshop is designed to support fertility by reducing stress, improving body awareness, and encouraging a sense of safety and trust within the body. Through gentle movement, self-massage, Yin Yoga, breathwork, and hypnosis, participants are guided into a deeply restorative state that supports hormonal balance, emotional resilience, and nervous system regulation. Join us for a focussed two‑hour session designed to restore energy, reduce tension and cultivate calm over the Easter weekend.
Suitable for all levels; adaptations provided.
What to expect
25 minutes Learning Self - Abdominal Massage Techniques.
60 minutes gentle yin yoga.
20 minutes guided hypnotherapy: deep relaxation and positive imagery to support stress reduction and mental clarity.
15 minutes Q&A and integration: practical tips to carry the benefits into your week.
Practical information
Date & time: Saturday 4th April 2026, 10:00–12:00
Location: Small, calm studio Wrington Vale Osteopathy Clinic, Unit 2 Chancellors Pound, Redhill, North Somerset.
Capacity: Six participants only — small group to ensure individual attention
What to bring: I supply Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, cushions and a gentle non perfumed Almond massage oil.
You are welcome to bring your own blanket or Yoga equipment, eye pillow and suitable massage oil of your choice.
Please bring a bottle of water, hot water bottle or Hottie, a towel and please wear loose comfortable layers.

A safe, non-judgemental space for emotional release and compassionate self-care.
Techniques to improve sleep, manage tension and reset the nervous system before or between fertility treatments.
This workshop is suitable for those who are preparing for conception. It is not suitable if you have begun assisted reproductive treatment (ART) or have undergone investigative surgery within the past six weeks. If you are unsure whether this workshop is appropriate for you, please consult your GP or fertility clinic for personalised advice.
